Do not like the design or color in person? No worries at all. Just send it back to our factory within 7 days, and we will exchange it for any other design of your choice without any arguments.

  • Condition: The dress must remain unstitched, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

The Unboxing Video Guarantee

Please record a simple continuous video while opening your sealed delivery package. If you find any missing item or severe damage, share the video with us. We will approve your claim instantly and dispatch a replacement dress right away.
